Customer (Client) agrees to the following terms and conditions of the contract – PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

The person accepting this Contract shall be known as "Client". Upon the Client accepting the quotation for the Schedule of Hire the Client shall be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to comply with the following Terms & Conditions, which shall form part of the binding contract between Event Limo, LLC and the Client.

  1. Client represents to be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into this contract under Louisiana law.
  2. Client hereby verifies that the pickup date, time, number of passengers and billing information are correctly stated.
  3. Client hereby authorizes Event Limo to charge a 50% deposit, to the credit card on file, at the time of reservation, which is non-refundable. Deposits are in place to reserve your vehicle for the dates and times requested. Client understands that the Event Limo does not give refunds at any time.
  4. Client agrees for his/her party will not exceed the passenger capacity of vehicle provided.
  5. The Law prohibits passengers to stand through the sunroof and/or open any emergency exits while the vehicle is in motion.
  6. When reserving a vehicle for proms and/or individuals under the age of 18, the pickup and drop-off locations must be predetermined and/or approved by the Client executing this agreement. Event Limo will require permission of the Client in the event of any changes to the itinerary. The Client must provide a contact phone number to the chauffeur on or prior to the date of service.
  7. Event Limo will add the cost of parking expenses and overtime if applicable.
  8. Neither Event Limo, its agents or employees shall be liable for any personal property of the customer or customer’s guests, which are misplaced, damaged or left in the vehicle. Event Limo shall not be responsible for the safe-keeping of any such item.
  9. Client assures that no passenger under 21 shall consume alcoholic beverages. SMOKING, ILLEGAL USE OF ALCOHOL (if passengers are under the age of 21), AND/OR NARCOTICS OR CONTROLLED SUBSTANCES ARE PROHIBITED AND WILL RESULTS IN ADDITIONAL CHARGES AND  IMMEDIATE TERMINATION OF THE TRIP.
  10. Event Limo shall not be liable for any damage arising out of limousine company’s inability to perform due to inclement weather, mechanical difficulties, delays due to traffic conditions or any unforeseen events beyond the reasonable control of Event Limo. If for any reason Event Limo cannot provide the service contracted, Event Limo’s liability is limited to the return of the deposit.
  11. Event Limo’s mission is to provide a safe and memorable experience to the Client and any member of his/her party. Chauffeur has the right to terminate the trip, without refund, if he/she feels that the party is not abiding by the company rules or is putting the vehicle or the chauffeur at risk.
  12. The Client accepts all responsibility as to the conduct of any passengers. Event Limo reserves the right to expel any persons from the vehicle and/or terminate this contract in the event of a violation of any of these conditions by the Client or members of the Client’s party.
  13. Any balance due must be paid 14 days before the event. Balance may be paid by the same credit card that the initial reservation was made (In some cases, cardholder must be present with credit card & ID upon arrival on rental date). The Client authorized Event Limo to charge the credit card for any unpaid balances, damages, or fees incurred as outlined in this service.
  14. You can also pay in full when making the reservation.
  15. Client understands the cancellation fee is 25% of total reservation. Deposit is nonrefundable but can be utilized for a future reservation within a calendar year of cancellation.
  16. Client understands that there will be no smoking or vaping allowed in the limousine or the trip will be TERMINATED immediately.
  17. Client understands any changes to the contract, once signed, can result in a price increase.
  18. There is only a 30 minute grace period given for point to point service.
  19. Overtime will be permitted, upon vehicle availability, and rounded off to the next hour. Availability of overtime is not guaranteed. Overtime rates are non-negotiable and will be charged to the customer according to the GPS Tracking report for each limousine. Chauffeurs’ do not have the ability to waive overtime for any reason. Overtime is charged by the hour not prorated per minute.
  20. The minimum contract price is fixed once this contract is signed. Early dismissal, downsizing, or shortening of rental hours, will not adjust the price.
  21. Minor changes to rental are upon availability and REQUIRE A MINIMUM OF 48 HOURS NOTICE. CHANGE REQUESTS MUST BE emailed to info@eventlimo.net. Any changes in arrival or destination locations may result in additional charges (travel charges).
  22. A contract date change fee of $100.00 will be applied to all contracts if changes are made after signing.
  23. Client agrees to pay a late charge of 2% per month for any unpaid balance including cancellation fees and any hold harmless and indemnification provisions and other attributable damages, as set forth within this contract and shall reimburse Event Limo for its costs of collection, including attorneys’ fees at 40% of the outstanding balance or at $275 per hour if the outstanding balance is over $3000. Attributable damages are fees set forth within this Contract and include but are not limited to: Fees for physical damages, return check fees, overtime fees etc.
  24. The chauffeur inspects each vehicle before, during and after each rental. The Client is responsible and liable for any damage howsoever caused, outside or inside the vehicle, by the Client or any member of the Client’s party. This shall be deemed to include incitement to ANY Third Party which results in damage to the vehicle’s exterior or interior, contents, furnishings or equipment. In the event of damage the Client shall be responsible for any and all harm and damages suffered by the company, its agents, employees, or third parties, including but not limited to the vehicle, in regard to cleaning, breakages, burns, or other interior or exterior damage to the extent of the actual cost to repair or replace, with a minimum charge of $200.00. Additional charges will be applied to the credit card on file to cover any damages that occur; charges are as follows: Smoking in the limousine includes the following charge and the rental will be terminated, without refund: $750.00; Cigarette burns: $500.00; Ripped or damaged upholstery: $700.00; Spillage of drinks: $200.00; Stained Carpet: $200.00; Vomiting in or on the limousine: $500.00; Lost or broken glassware: $10.00 per glass; Lost or broken remote control: $250.00; Excessive mess in the limousine: $200.00. Exterior decorations and red carpet subject to weather.
  25. Event Limo, or its designated representative, is hereby appointed Client’s attorney-in-fact to sign Client’s signature for additional charges to Client’s credit card for damages, overtime, &/or any changes due & not immediately paid by the Client & is expressly empowered & authorized to charge all costs resulting from damages to said credit card.
  26. Except in the case of willful misconduct or gross negligence of Event Limo, its agents or employees, Client hereby waives any and all claims against Event Limo, its agents or employees for injury, loss, or damage, including consequential damages, to c Client’s person or property from whatever cause. In addition, Client waives any right of subrogation with regard to the same.
  27. Client understands and accepts that Acts of God, unforeseen traffic and severe weather conditions delay travel. There may be unexpected vehicle breakdowns and other unforeseen events beyond the control of company, for which company shall not be liable to customer. There shall be no recourse for any of the same. In the event of a vehicle breakdown, all efforts will be made to supply a replacement vehicle. If a replacement vehicle is sent and/or customer refuses a replacement vehicle, no refund is due. If no replacement vehicle is available, refund shall be limited to the amount paid by customer. In case of an emergency, the company may sub contract his rental to another limousine service. Event Limo is not responsible to fulfill itineraries developed by the Client, which indicate a time that the Client expects to arrive at certain locations after the initial pick up time.
  28. Health and safety is Event Limo’s number one priority. Though Event Limo adheres to the highest dress of integrity and employs highly trained professional to operate the vehicle in their fleet and adhere to all traffic laws when providing its services, the risk of a traffic accident is a possibility when providing such services. Event Limo is not liable for any injuries or death as a result of the action of any of one or more of the Client or any member of their party.
  29. In consideration of the provision of services by Event Limo, the Client agrees to defend, indemnify and hold Event Limo and its employees and agents harmless from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, causes of action, judgments, costs or expenses (including reasonable legal fees and disbursements), resulting from or arising by reason of the death or bodily injury to persons, damage to property, or other loss, whether related to an accident occurring as a result of carrying out the services, and whether or not resulting from Event Limo’s negligent actions or omissions. This indemnification shall include and extend to any and all third-party claims brought or threatened against Event Limo under any federal or provincial law or statute as a result of Event Limo services. In addition to and notwithstanding the foregoing, the Client further agrees to unconditionally and irrevocable release Event Limo from, and not bring any claims against Event Limo in connection with any of the aforementioned claims or causes.
  30. Event Limo reserves the right to institute and establish rules and regulations of guest conduct, which may be amended from time to time, including termination of rental, without refund, due to non-compliant guest conduct.
  31. Written additions and/or alterations by the Client, without written agreement of Event Limo, are invalid and unenforceable.
  32. Vehicles are sold and /or updated at the discretion of management. Vehicle requests are not guaranteed.
  33. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be in writing and emailed to info@eventlimo.net. Cancellation fee is 25% of total reservation. Deposit is nonrefundable but can be utilized for a future reservation within a calendar year of cancellation.

 

SEDAN TRANSFERS

  1. For any transfers performed other than leaving airports, clients have a 30 minute grace period. Any charges beyond the 30 minute grace period will be $50.00 for every 30 minute increment. If the client is not ready to leave in a maximum of 30 minutes, it is not guaranteed that the car can wait any longer. We cannot be late to provide a timely service to our other clients. We always recommend to rent the car on an hourly basis.
  2. For airport transfers, clients have up to 30 minutes of grace period after the plane touches the ground. After that the waiting fee of $50.00 for every 30 minute increment apply.

 

AIRPORT TRANSFERS

If we are not meeting you at the baggage claim, you must communicate with driver before coming out of terminal. Our driver will meet you on the most outer curb.
